Again this year a successful dinner was held at the Polish Hall, Edmonton. The kitchen staff of the Polish hall again put on a praise worthy dinner.
The total attendance was 118, with 3 new inductees and 17 Old Timers.
There were three new inductees: Jerry Dunn, Bob Schiedeman and Corrine Suttie.
Garry Alexander setup our audio (songs from the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and the 80’s)/visual (2014 Old Timers headshots).
He took photos of attending old timers and the new inductees. These new photos can be seen below in the slide show.
This year we introduced a game (entertainment) and a door prize. The game was questions on the history of the mechanical trade and events in Edmonton. Angela Schornstein did all the work on preparing the questions and answers. The idea was presented by Bill Lowrie. The table with the most correct answers, each person got a choice of either red or white wine.
The winner of the ipad mini (door Prize) was John Semenuk.
